This product is handmade so minor imperfections and slight differences are common, this gives each product its unique character – which you can’t get from mass-produced goods.

Returns
We do not manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. You may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
You can only return a product when it's unopened and is in the same state as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
