The elephants from Elephant Parade are produced and hand-painted in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Quality control has a very high priority, but due to the different sizes, shapes, decorations and designs of the elephants, there might be some deviation between two identical elephants. Each replica is part of an exclusive limited edition and is unique and available for a limited period of time. All purchased elephants come with a certificate listing name, artist, year, parade, production and serial number.

Artists’ inspiration: The FOREVER LOVE Valentines Elephant has been adapted by Tanya & Kevin Ross to celebrate LOVE. The first design was Pink Tree of Love Elephant designed by Studio Chiang Mai. The design represents eternal love and features a sweet melody of pink and red and now includes as a limited Edition including I Love You and Forever.

Returns
We do not manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. You may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
You can only return a product when it's unopened and is in the same state as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
