The elephants from Elephant Parade are produced and hand-painted in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Quality control has a very high priority, but due to the different sizes, shapes, decorations and designs of the elephants, there might be some deviation between two identical elephants. Each replica is part of an exclusive limited edition and is unique and available for a limited period of time. All purchased elephants come with a certificate listing name, artist, year, parade, production and serial number.

Artists’ inspiration: A �jack� is a naval flag flown from the bow of a sailing vessel. The Union Jack flag illustrates the union of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and dates since 1801. The flag combines aspects of three national flags: the red cross of St George of the Kingdom of England, the white saltire of St Andrew for Scotland and the red saltire of St Patrick to represent Ireland.

We do not manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. You may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
You can only return a product when it's unopened and is in the same state as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
